Excellent!

Sean handled my case with the highest professionalism. It was a very difficult time for me and his legal guidance was very helpful. He made himself available when I had questions, kept me updated and explained each step throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for more. If you are lookin...g for an excellent and knowledgable attorney I would highly recommend Sean Martin.

Not Helpful

Mr. Martin exhibited the following behavior as it related to my case: was hard to get in touch with; would only update me on my case via a two sentence email (with the last line being "I'm outta here for the weekend!") either close to or after 5:00 pm on Friday afternoons when there was no way for me... to contact him to discuss further; would provide opposing council information I did not want disclosed without consulting me; continually advocated going to trial before reviewing the evidence he asked me to provide; caved into every demand from opposing council instead of standing up for me. His behavior was indicative of dragging out the process and working more for opposing council then for me. Eventually, I fired him and had to retain another attorney to wrap up my case. I cannot recommend Mr. Martin.

I have no idea who wrote this review, but literally none of the clients I've successfully represented in my career would ever say such things about me. Clearly, this individual is writing about someone else. Moreover, none of my partners or associate attorneys or staff would ever say such things about me. I work late, I work on the weekends, and I am one of the most accessible attorneys I know. I pride myself on my accessibility, in fact. Further, the idea that I would divulge client confidential information or advocate trial without reviewing evidence--again, this person has the wrong individual. The comments in this regard are so far wrong I don't even know how to respond. As for caving in--I invite my fellow members of the bar to weigh in here. Do I cave in? Ever? That part of this review really amused me. Caving in. Me? Ha! Dragging out the process, working for the other side--here again, I do not even know how to respond. It's just ridiculous. Check your facts, whoever you are. You have defamed the wrong individual. Accordingly, you are instructed to remove this review. Your failure to do so within twenty-four (24) hours will be met with a lawsuit. I'll get your contact info from AVVO. My reputation is stellar, and I'll not allow some anonymous internet troll attempt to damage it. Have a nice day, Sean

Saved My Case

My case already stale after a driver ran a red light and hit me one night on my way home and I received counsel that was unqualified and overworked. Sean started my case from scratch 2 years later with state farm and their client. After several offers and appeals from Sean to get what we deserved, a ...settlement was made before trial and we can breath easy. Also Sean Martin has a secret weapon named LISA. She is Amazing to say the least. She gave me and my wife communication above and beyond anything we have experienced. If you want to have a Great Team Fighting for you as if it was his Own Case Call Sean Martin, I would again in a instant. Robert & Kristin
