Ms. Jackson was originally very helpful in setting up a conservatorship. However, once my father passed away and it was time to do the final filings, she was completely absent. For a year Ms. Jackson and her staff would claim that the filing was almost done they just needed "one last thing" from me.
I would provide the requested documents (sometimes having to take time off work to do so) and then wouldn't hear from her for weeks; when I would have to send multiple emails only to get a response asking for "one more thing".
So I'd have take time off work to go get bank records, then she'd say she needed something else and I would have to take off work again to go back to the bank again. And to be clear - these requests were for documents that presumably would have been required all the previous times she said the filing was ready.
After half a dozen rounds of this back and forth, Ms. Jackson finally said she had everything and the filing would be complete in 10 business days. Three and a half weeks later and not only is the filing still incomplete, Ms. Jackson hasn't even had the courtesy to answer follow-up emails asking for a status update.
