She Really Cares

I worked with Attorney Meredith Silva on my conservatorship case and cannot say enough good things about her. From the first consultation to the final order being granted, she was caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly steady in a very emotional process. The entire conservatorship process is a stre...ssful and confusing burden to undertake, and I entered it feeling overwhelmed once I realized all it entailed. Meredith broke everything down into plain language, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood each step before we took it. She was organized, punctual, and always well-prepared. When she said she would do something, it got done. What really stood out was how much she cared about the person at the center of the conservatorship. She never treated this like just another case. She took the time to understand our family dynamics, concerns, and goals, and she kept the focus on dignity, safety, and respect. She made sure to emphasize the importance of this. Her communication was excellent. I always knew where we were in the process, what was coming next, and what she needed from me. Emails and calls were returned promptly, and she never made me feel like a bother. Fees were clearly explained, and I always felt like I was getting real value for what I paid. She cares, and it's easy to see that she does.

I would recommend this lawyer.

It was a pleasure working with Meredith Silva on my Estate Planning. She was very accommodating, listens well, honest, no pressure. I felt very comfortable trusting her with my estate planning.

Meredith Silva exceeded my expectations of an Elder Law arrorney

I hired Meredith Silva to review and revise my husband’s will and medical and financial Power of Attorney to comply with Tennessee law. Her approach to the case also focused on protecting my husband and me, not just complying with TN law. Meredith kept me informed via email and phone calls throughou...t the process. She graciously accommodated my husband’s dependence on a wheelchair by arranging the signing and witnessing of the completed documents at our home. I believe Meredith Silva exhibits a standard of professional and personal integrity that I know I can always count on.

Meredith explained to me how a somewhat complicated probate situation I am a part of might unfold so that I could better understand my involvement & how the process will work. I highly recommend Silva Law, they were very competent, very responsive & very reasonable in fee structure.

Excellent Attorney

Meredith Silva was our attorney during a very difficult time for our family. Two beloved family members passed away within a few months.
