She came to my rescue
Ms. Hodges accepted my case a few days before my court date when others would not. On top of that, the opposing attorney wanted me to pay for my ex-girlfriends court cost since I did not turn discovery paperwork in on time. Me.Hodges was able to speak with the attorney on get that order terminated. She was very persistent and aggressive throughout my child custody case. I wanted to split the time with my son 50/50 and my son’s mom and attorney basically told me to kick rocks and it would not happen! Ms. Hodges was not intimidated, fought for me daily and through mediation and I am able to get my son 50/50 once I move to Nashville. I’m thankful God lead me to her and did not allow me to get taken advantage of by a system geared towards mothers and people with lots of disposable resources.

Great attorney!
I contacted Michelle about a custody case between my ex and I . Michelle spent a great amount of time on the phone with me before I even paid her explaining the possibilities and what ifs. She was very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust her to handle my case for me. Upon hiring miss Hodges she got results fast, my exes attorney didn't know what hit him and I appreciate Michelle so much! She did an awesome job for me and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She was well worth the money and I couldn't recommend her enough. She was a life saver
I was forced suddenly to seek custody of my great nephews when my niece passed away suddenly. There was a rush to get one of the nephews on my insurance before he turned 18 . Ms. Hodges called me right away and set up an appointment. During this harsh time with the Corona virus she still kept in touch with me by text and phone, calling me frequently to update me on the status. I was grateful to have her on my team and would use her again should the need arise. She is professional and very competent .

I hired Ms Hodges last minute to help me in my divorce, last minute as in the evening before I was due at court. She was able to write up a new parenting plan that would benefit my kids. I later hired her when I wanted to get sole custody of my kids, and she made it happen very quickly. I highly recommend Michele Hodges, and appreciate all she has done for my family.

Absolutely amazing attorney
Ms. Hodges is absolutely the best attorney ever. Although she was my attorney granted thru the courts due to me not able to afford one , I couldn’t be happier . She has fought tirelessly on my behalf thru the most difficult child custody case . I had previously been assigned another lawyer from the same court and he was so awful we chose to part ways. Michelle could not be further from that , she is smart and fights big our sky for her clients . If I ever need a lawyer in the future (which hopefully I will not) I would spend every last dime I had and or do whatever I had to due to make sure she was my attorney . This is the lawyer you want representing you trust me .

Great Attorney in the Nashville Area
I used Michele as my divorce attorney after a friend recommended her services. My time working with Michele was great. Although my ex had permanently moved to a new state which made things a little more difficult, Michele made sure the entire process went smoothly. She is very honest and always there to answer questions throughout the process. I would undoubtedly use her services again if needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her all of my family and friends.

Conservatorship and Insurance Claim Filing
My brother needed to have a conservator appointed after being hit by an auto while he was walking; the conservatorship was necessary to file all claims with the insurance company. Mrs. Hodges was hired and provided all the necessary documentation needed to have me appointed as conservator. Again guided me through all the "red tape" of dealing with the insurance company. Through her negotiation, the maximum amount was received for my brother. My wife and I have asked her to prepare wills for us. I will certainly use Mrs. Hodges for any future legal matters.
