He is the most unprofessional, lazy , trifling, horrible “Lawyer ever “ i would recommend him if he was free , don’t waste your money folks , he would literally be the reason you go to jail .. if you don’t listen to any other review please listen too this one RUNNNNN , unless you’re interested in a f...ailure to appear and a nice cold cell , he will also ignore your calls after you pay & lie and tell you the case is over and he handled it , he still haven’t closed this case & it’s been years , PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY

Mr. Kelly is by far, the best lawyer in Tennessee. He's personally helped me with multiple cases in multiple counties and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's not hard to get ahold of him, if he misses your call, he calls you back within the hour. His fee's don't break your pockets, he's will...ing to work with you on anything. He's easy to talk to. He doesn't make you feel uncomfortable when you're sitting across from him, his sense of humor makes it less awkward and you can tell that he isn't judging you, that he's there to help you. I highly recommend him to anybody needing to get out of a legal bind.

-2014 I was in a desperate situation and need a great lawyer, fast! I had known Mr. Kelly from handling other cases at the courthouse and decided to reach out. He immediately sprung into action. I was less than 3 weeks away from a court hearing where I was the defendant on a felony theft convictio...n from 2008. I was in jeopardy of my probation being violated. When my case was called, Mr. Kelly walked to the podium to address the Judge on my behalf and in one sentence he silenced the courtroom. Mr. Kelly was able to go back and find a technicality which in turn released me from my probation. I was supposed to complete 3 years of probation but it had been violated and continued so many times it actually was 6 years. The District Attorney's own words were " your Honor, I don't have a leg to stand on". I never had to take the stand. Mr. Kelly handled my case with class and when I left the courtroom that day, with the victim present and even though I was originally guilty of the crime 6 years ago, I felt as though I had won.
