He is the most unprofessional, lazy , trifling, horrible “Lawyer ever “ i would recommend him if he was free , don’t waste your money folks , he would literally be the reason you go to jail .. if you don’t listen to any other review please listen too this one RUNNNNN , unless you’re interested in a f...ailure to appear and a nice cold cell , he will also ignore your calls after you pay & lie and tell you the case is over and he handled it , he still haven’t closed this case & it’s been years , PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY

This lawyer was appointed as my husband's public defender. At the stand when my husband asked him a simple question, this lawyer ask him "WTF you talking about?". That is so unprofessional. He also didn't explain well about things. I thought my husband had a decent attorney until I saw and heard that.... I wouldn't recommend this attorney at all. If he can't be professional and is not happy of defending people who can't afford an attorney then he needs to find a different career. Kindness goes a long way Kevin. You should practice it sometime.

Kevin was appointed to me in 2015. He went above and beyond any other attorney I have known. He truly cares about his clients. He listens, is up front of what may or may not happen, explains things where you understand. After this my husband and I started our own company in 2018 and hired him for oth...er things. If it were not for Kevin I would not be where I am today. He has said I am one of his best success stories. Maybe so but it is because of him.

Mr. Kelly is by far, the best lawyer in Tennessee. He's personally helped me with multiple cases in multiple counties and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's not hard to get ahold of him, if he misses your call, he calls you back within the hour. His fee's don't break your pockets, he's will...ing to work with you on anything. He's easy to talk to. He doesn't make you feel uncomfortable when you're sitting across from him, his sense of humor makes it less awkward and you can tell that he isn't judging you, that he's there to help you. I highly recommend him to anybody needing to get out of a legal bind.

Mr. Kelly was sent to represent me in place of his partner and became irritated with me after I asked him to file for a change of venue on my behalf. I ultimately ended up in jail because of his actions for contempt of court on this day and Mr. Kelly immediately withdrew himself from my case and aban...don me. It is one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever had in my life. My family was told there was nothing that could be done yet several reputable attorneys all agree that a writ should have been filed immediately in Criminal Court. I would not recommend this attorney!!!!!!!!!!
