I had some serious felony charges and had some items seized. In the end Emily did an awesome job and I walked with minimal probation and got my prized possessions back! If you need a lawyer you'd be making a huge mistake by not hiring her!shes in the loop with the right people in the court system. N...ot to mention she is very pleasant to talk with and always answered my calls or called me right back when I needed to talk to her.

While visiting Nashville I was arrested for DUI. I am from out of state and Ms. Todoran was recommended to me as being extremely competent. Tennessee has a zero tolerance regarding DUI. I drive for a living and faced what appeared to be insurmountable issues. I was not drunk, Ms Todoran viewed the ...police video and agreed. She informed me that the assistant District Attorneys who were assigned to my case were not very creative and so she circumvented them and pleaded my case directly with their supervisor. The outcome was beyond all expectations of what I was led to believe would be a best case scenario. I am required to do community service which when completed will erase all record of my arrest. I am thankful beyond compare for the outcome Ms. Todoran accomplished and would highly recommend her.

Emily worked with my son Jerome then worked with me as a witness. I live out of town and she kept me up to date via email and text. She worked above my expectations and I thank God for her. Wow! Let me just say that Emily is as good as they come. She has a strong report with the DA's, Judges, and Probation Officers. I was facing losing my freedom for a very long time and hence my Child, Employment, Home, Everything. Emily was not only able to get all 5 of my charges dropped, but s...he also ensured that they would be permanently removed from my record.
