I highly recommend using Jake Nemer if you are going through a divorce, you truly get what you pay for. He explains the process, steps, and gives a fair estimate on cost. Jake gives you realistic expectations and time frames, which I appreciated. He is almost always available, via text, email or phon...e if you have questions or want to change any thing. Jake made this not fun situation as stress free as possible.

Jake is an excellent. Given the complexity and duration of my divorce, which eventually wound up going to trial, Jake was brought in about halfway thru the whole process to support my case. What I noticed in Jake right from the start was both his attentiveness and attention to detail. It was clear... that he'd taken the time to really study my case so that when it came time, in court, for him to represent me there were no issues whatsoever. I also found that when I had questions about the proceedings (what was next, what does the judge mean by that, etc) he was able to very quickly and simply explain things in terms that I could understand. I also appreciated his courtroom presence. He always maintained his composure, and never let the actions or attitude of the attorney we were up against, break his train of thought or fluster him inside the courtroom. When challenged in court, his responses were always clear, concise and very calculated, always keeping my best interests in mind. This is, in my opinion, a character trait absolutely necessary in any great attorney. As often as I would get upset or emotional over what was being said in the courtroom, nothing seemed to rattle Jake. Can't say enough about how grateful I am for having his support, thru one of the most challenging periods in my life, as a single father (successfully) navigating thru an almost 2 yearlong divorce.
