Emily Louise Todoran

As an offender I have had my share of involvement with Attorney's,D A's,Para Legals and the Judicial system as a whole. It is my opinion that Attorney's especially appointed ones act for lack of a better word "Robotic". My opinion has changed drastically due to one special Counselor by the name of E...mily Todoran, Ms Todoran from the first time we spoke showed me respect, compassion, efficiency and an sincere interest in my life, my plans, and my future. I think if there were more Attorney's like Ms Todoran the whole country would benefit in regards to recidivism among other things

I can Honestly say; when looking at her at first glance, you may think this little lady could not be intimedating but she Can! She is very Educated of the Law and holds a Professional attitude through out your entire Case load. Too often these days you hear about how most lawyers are insensitive to clients needs and are just "in it for the check." This is definitely not the case with Emily. Not only does she take time to understand everything she can about the case and clients involvement, but she aggressively and passionat...ely fights for her clients without hesitation. I first observed Emily in action when testifying as a witness for another case. I was immediately impressed. Her tenacious attitude and refusal to take no for an answer was extremely admirable. Shortly after I recieved a charge myself, I was pleased to learn that I would be represented by Emily herself. During my case, she showed superior confidence and ingenuity. She was able to pick apart both testimonies against me, pointing out flaws in there story and eventually recieving a confession to lying under oath. I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone seeking a good attorney with a strong work ethic.

I had the pleasure of meeting Emily in court for a dui court costs dismissal.I live 3 hrs from Nashville and upon arriving,my name was not on the docket for that day that I was told to be there by her superior.She was courteous enough to track down the Public Defender that was to file my paper work,o...nly to find out that He had 'forgotten' Sheesh!!! In between breaks,she retrieved my file,and filled out the necessary forms so that I could proceed to go in front of the Judge.Of course ,I had to wait since I was added on to the docket.I was very thankful she took time out of her already hectic schedule to assist me.
