Since attending the University of Colorado Law School and graduating from the Nashville School of Law in 2004, Mr. Kelley has established himself as a local authority on the intricacies of Middle Tennessee Courts, Judges, prosecutors and DUI law. Early in his practice, Mr. Kelley developed an extensive knowledge of defending those charged with crimes, by taking felony trials and winning acquitals. This knowledge, combined with his background in the sciences, gives Mr. Kelley a unique perspective in defending those accused of DUI or other crimes. As a Tennessee Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Kelley has successfully represented multiple clients charged with DUI, misdemeanors and felonies. Mr.Kelley has handled cases from the General Sessions Court all the way to the Tennessee Supreme Court in both Criminal and Personal Injury Law.

DUI reduced and more
Blake Kelley defended my DUI charge in Davidson County. It was reduced to reckless driving. He did the same for my friend Amanda in Sumner County and although she later was convicted of assault while using a different attorney, Mr. Kelley prevented that from violating her probation.

Sharp & to the point.

Williamson Co DUI reduced
Mr. Kelley took my DUI charges to the verge of a jury trial. My BAC was low but the issue was my prescribed medications and combined effects. Thankfully Blake had the guts, knowledge and trial experience in Williamson County to convince the prosecutor into a wreck less driving without jail time.
