Since attending the University of Colorado Law School and graduating from the Nashville School of Law in 2004, Mr. Kelley has established himself as a local authority on the intricacies of Middle Tennessee Courts, Judges, prosecutors and DUI law. Early in his practice, Mr. Kelley developed an extensive knowledge of defending those charged with crimes, by taking felony trials and winning acquitals. This knowledge, combined with his background in the sciences, gives Mr. Kelley a unique perspective in defending those accused of DUI or other crimes. As a Tennessee Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Kelley has successfully represented multiple clients charged with DUI, misdemeanors and felonies. Absolutely pile of crap
Absolutely disgusting man and horrible character. Not only has he been charged with crimes against children but he also goes on social media to stalk and harass them. He needs to be in prison.

Replied last May 21, 2025Your case was literally dismissed and in a position to erase it as if it never ever happened. But you are worried about me not listening to your demands to go on probation and have a permanent conviction. Next time do not try to be the attorney and stick to what you know, being the illegal illicit drug user. Also, I was not hired by you., as you noted above. I was appointed by the Judge to represent you because you could not afford to hire an attorney.

I had this guy as a public defender in Williamson county and he is a complete idiot. If this is who represents you then good luck! I had a failure to appear in court for charges that were dropped and he still let me catch a failure to appear charge. I HIGHLY advise you to seek counsel elsewhere. ...

Replied last December 09, 2023Thank you for acknowledging that I was able to get your multiple felonies dismissed. Something your two previous attorneys were unable to do. You were being held in jail & facing four years in State Prison plus a consecutive year for not showing up to Court. While your case was still in the General Sessions Court, I was able to skillfully get all felonies dismissed but unable to get the obvious charge of you choosing not to come to Court while out on bond, before I was appointed to be your third attorney, dismissed. The multiple Court clerks, one of the Judges, five Court officers, one district attorney, and your attorney at that time were all very credible witnesses to you not showing up in Court. Although I tried, 10 direct and very credible witnesses to you not coming to Court, were just too hard to overcome. Understand, the state contends you committed these felonies, you were arrested and given Court dates to deal with the charges. You choosing not to participate in the process by not showing up as you swore you would when you were released on bond, is a crime even if I skillfully prove the more serious felonies as not worthy of continuing prosecution. I accomplished something your two previous attorneys were unable to do. You have to go through the process as well as your accusers. If you don’t like the law, vote to change it. Oh … you don’t have voting Rights because you are a felon.
