Timely and efficient.

Tiffany handled my divorce in a timely and efficient manner. She met with myself and my spouse at separate local locations for signatures multiple times. She was respectful and professional with the other party involved and answered all of my questions. Even during the pandemic, we were only slightly... delayed. This process happened fast and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of lawyer.

Very Pleased

I needed a attorney a friend recommended Tiffany Johns, I live over 500 miles away from Nashville, speaking to her over the phone I felt at ease and knew she would be the attorney I needed. She did an excellent job we are very pleased. I will continue to recommend her to anyone. Thanks a million!

Tina: Glad to be of service. I appreciate your kind words. I understand trying to handle things from a distance and I am glad we got an outcome that benefited your family.

Tiffany as so helpful, she listened to the challenges I was facing and immediately provided insight that was legally helpful and emotionally comforting.

DO OVER PLEASE???

Tiffany Johns was the second lawyer I hired, after I fired my first. I informed her of the reason I let go of my previous lawyer and after searching around I chose to go to Ms.Johns. Such a disappointment, her communication or lack thereof is exactly one of the things I was complaining about before ...I hired her. I hired her in February and still nothing has happened with my case, I have called and emailed her to let her know something needs to give as I can not live my life normally until this case is resolved. If i could do it again I would, meaning not hire her. I feel she is not listening to me and have enough fight to represent me that she presented when we first began. When I actually attend court, I will see her "fight: from what I have seen over the last 5 months I am very uneasy. Not returning phone calls and hearing the excuse "I had 7-10 other cases, so now I will have more time to focus on yours" is not exactly comforting when your life could possibly be in shambles and your entrusting someone to fight for you and have your best interest and not just "accept" what the other party gives out.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I have been opposite Ms. Johns on several matters. She is a tough opponent who works tirelessly, knows the law, and puts up the strongest fight for her clients but she is at all times honest, professional, and fair. She also has a deep concern for the well-being of the families she works with and a good-natured sense of humor, both of which are essential for good advocacy and for earning credibility and respect in the courtroom and among fellow attorneys. I strongly endorse her practice."

"I'll put it simply. There are many choices in middle Tennessee, but when I had a family law issue arise, I went to Tiffany. She did a great job. Knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and fast. She took care of my issue quickly. (As a bonus, she set it up where I didn't even have to appear in court!) I highly recommend Tiffany."
