Chad Michael Ross

Chad Michael Ross is the founding member of Premier Legal Group. As an attorney, he is engaged in civil trail practice with an emphasis in the areas of litigation, family law, divorce, custody, child support, criminal defense, personal injury, small business, collections, evictions/detainers and wills/estates. Chad practices in all counties throughout Middle Tennessee. He handles all aspects of litigation, including the drafting of complaints, filing of motions, conducting depositions, and prosecuting your case through trial. His experience in civil ligation and criminal defense ensure your needs are met with satisfaction, trust, and confidence.

Chad is a 2000 graduate of Volunteer State Community College as well as a 2002 graduate of Western Kentucky University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After college, Chad pursued his passion for the law by attending The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and obtaining his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2005 with honors.

In law school, Chad served as a Student Ambassador and counselor to incoming students. He was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review and received recognition through the publication of Probate—Taylor v. Holt: The Tennessee Court of Appeals Allows a Computer Generated Signature to Validate a Testamentary Will, 35 MEM. L. REV. 603 (2005).

After law school, Chad served as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Tennessee ensuring and protecting the due process rights of Tennesseeans. In 2006, Chad joined a Downtown Nashville Law Firm as an Associate Attorney. It was during this time that he developed his legal career and began the pursuit of protecting the legal rights of all of us.
