Mrs. Sarah Richter Perky was my attorney for a child custody case. My ex-wife had filed an emergency order to get absolute custody of my son, and I was deathly afraid of losing any legal ability to have a voice in my son's life. Although we were working on a very short timeline (under a week), Mrs. Perky was extremely responsive to every communication. I read a motion for dismissal that Mrs. Perky drafted, and even to a layman the writing was eloquent and the argument was flawlessly logical. Additionally, although the motion was relatively simple, Mrs. Perky went the extra mile by researching a recent and relevant precedent. She was also very impressive in Court, as she professionally and systematically rebutted every element of the opposition's arguments. On a personal level, she was also very reassuring in the face of uncertainty. I had never been in a courtroom before, and she was quick to explain every step of the process.

Sarah Richter Perky at Hollins, Raybin & Weissman was my attorney in my rough and difficult custody battle and I cannot say enough good things about her. She masterfully handled the case through its many unfortunate twists and turns. She is very attentive to details, sharp, and provides wise counsel.... She did an amazing job at the trial, proving perjury by the accuser within a few minutes of testimony. She exposed the lies after a quick perusal of the many case documents that I was only able to provide her at the last minute, during the trial. She handled my case with great sympathy and care, especially where it involved the child. There were a few emergency situations involving the child and she moved extremely quickly to get the tricky situations resolved in the best interest of the child. During an emergency, she constantly kept in touch with me even though she was in court that day for another trial. On occasion, I would tire of the process and be willing to concede some points but she strictly put her foot down and told me "no" - she was right, we won the point eventually. I truly feel Sarah was a Godsend to help me and my child during the toughest times in my life. If you are in a tough spot, you definitely want Sarah Perky on your side. Everyone at the firm was very helpful throughout the process. Ben Raybin stepped in for a day when Sarah was held up in another case and he too masterfully handled the issue of the day.
