Long story short. Divorce along with child custody that seemed all but possible after a previous "attorney" sold me out and ran with my money.. Christina, restored my faith in this justice system that typically denies men due process. I have been dealing with a very difficult and complex divorce/child custody battle, which has almost killed me, and been through mamy attorney's to no avail, thinking all hope was forever lost, and I was just another victim of the family court system. Christina is by far and hands down the best child custody attorney in the state of Tennessee. After having retained attorneys for the purposes of divorce, child modifications and child custody, Christina inevitably was the attorney who achieved winning me custody of my son. And I promise this seemed ...like it would be impossible given my circumstances. She was tenacious, which is what I loved the most, giving the opposition no choice but to capitulate and concede. Great communication and cost efficient.

We came to her with an absolutely awful parenting plan that allowed us almost no time and the mother the capability of control over us. We where paying an astronomical amount of Child Support that did not give us the ability to support our family. With all the crap she had to go through I'm very plea...sed to say we have a new plan of 50/50 and her passing is child support as this is what is right. She was able to show probable cause for the time gained and the support. She is so kneadable in the law and has the compassion to do what's right!

Christina handles my divorce. I really never deal with attorneys so I wasn't sure what to expect, that's why I wanted a female attorney. She was great to work with and I felt right at ease with her.
