I have been dealing with a very difficult and complex divorce/child custody battle, which has almost killed me, and been through mamy attorney's to no avail, thinking all hope was forever lost, and I was just another victim of the family court system. We came to her with an absolutely awful parenting plan that allowed us almost no time and the mother the capability of control over us. We where paying an astronomical amount of Child Support that did not give us the ability to support our family. With all the crap she had to go through I'm very plea...sed to say we have a new plan of 50/50 and her passing is child support as this is what is right. She was able to show probable cause for the time gained and the support. She is so kneadable in the law and has the compassion to do what's right!
