Ginger helped me get custody of my son. She was very helpful and was always there to answer any question I had. The whole process was very hard to go through and I felt like she fought for my son like he was her own. Ginger will always have a place in my heart because she was able to get my son out of a very bad situation. If I ever need any type legal help/advice, I will definitely be contacting Ginger again.

I had unsuccessfully tried to probate my adult daughter into mental health care for over a decade when she was arrested and accused of a serious crime that would had put her in prison for many years.
Upon our first visit I was impressed with Ms. Poynter's ability to gain the trust of my paranoid daughter. Ms. Poynter was genuinely concerned and knew immediately that my daughter needed mental help. My daughter became calm and cooperative due to this trust. She swiftly guided me to Probate court and my daughter was committed to the hospital. Ms. Poynter was thorough and methodical. She made affective use of her legal and medical contacts. Because of Ginger Poynter's work on my daughters case, my daughter is on her way to becoming a more independent and functioning member of society .And we thank her.
