Biography
I am a personal injury and accident trial lawyer of more than 18 years, which has enabled to assist the injured recover millions against big, powerful corporations, like insurance companies while making our community safer. I believe that the driving force behind a successful case resolution is through thorough and early trial preparation, with the utilization of a team of experts in an effort to prove and demonstrate liability, injuries and damages, overcome defenses, address unsafe conditions, add value to the case and maximize recovery for the injured. I know from vast experience that companies do not just write checks to pay injured people out of the goodness of their heart. I understand the great lengths that businesses will go to in order to protect their bottom line, including lying and cover-ups. My favorite lesson from the Bible remains David and Goliath. The way David unexpectedly and unconventionally rose up to protect his community, inspires me to do the same. While attending Thomas Goode Jones Law School, I worked as a law clerk and legal intern and graduated with honors in the top percentile of my class. I then scored in the top percentile in the nation on the Multi-State Bar Exam.
