Dana Delk

I had to get custody of my son. Dana was completely honest. Most people think lawyers try to get over. I never felt that way with Dana. She was always forth coming and never sugar coated anything. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She also did what she could to save money and wa...s honest about how much it would cost. I wish I had her as my attorney when I was going through the divorce initially years ago. I highly recommend her for any family court issues!

Dana handled my divorce and I could not be more pleased. Due to circumstances outside of our control the process lasted almost 10 months, and she was right there with me the whole way. She gained my trust immediately, and I would ask her advice on how to proceed with certain items based on her experi...ence with previous cases. Dana tried to settle the case out of court on several occasions by helping me put together settlement offers and proposing them to the other party, and she also gave me the signal when it was time to stop spending time and money on offers when it was clear that my ex was not going to settle. She was always quick to give advice while also reminding me that she's not the parent in the case, nor is she the judge. Dana was very thorough in her work and I really enjoyed interacting with her. She has a great attitude which helps out a lot during stressful cases of divorce and child custody. She doesn't take any crap from the other party, and that's what I was looking for. We ended up winning custody of my 2 girls, which was an amazing accomplishment. If I had not won custody, I would not have been able to blame any of it on Dana because it would not have been for a lack of trying or for a lack of a thorough process. I truly enjoyed working with the Delk and Tomlinson firm and I would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone else who needs their scope of services.
