Biography
Joining Martinson & Beason, P.C. in October 2012, Caleb W. Ballew has developed a diverse practice in divorce, domestic relations, criminal defense, general civil litigation, and estate litigation. As a certified guardian ad litem, Caleb frequently advocates for juvenile rights. He was admitted to the Alabama bar in 2010 and is an active member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Caleb graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he excelled in Moot Court, earned litigation scholarships, contributed to the Innocence Project, and assisted author Curtis Wilkie. Raised in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Caleb is married to fellow attorney Kourtney Ikard Ballew. He is committed to raising awareness for multiple sclerosis by running every street in Huntsville, Alabama.
