After several years of being bullied by my local County Board of education on my daughter's behalf, Shane has finally given both my daughter and I peace of mind. I can say this with all honesty, Shane is most impressive with his very intent research and expedition of my daughter's case. I literally... called him around 4pm one afternoon after him being recommended to me by a family member and by 5pm he had paperwork filed already. Shane Sears represented my daughter during a dispute with our school/district. Having Shane there at the meetings was priceless. The meetings are intimidating and extremely stressful, to say the least. Without Shane’s counsel, I would have been lost. He is truly an expert when it comes to education law. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and effective advocate for my daughter.
