Mr. Sears has an incredible understanding of the law and the legal process. Our case was extremely unique, difficult, and time-consuming. My wife and I were struggling to get our daughter into the special needs program at her school. Her results were conclusive that she had a learning disability and ADHD after we had multiple appointments with her a Psychiatrist (April 2014) not to mention her own Pediatrician recognized the signs an...d performed some exams. I also have a learning disability and ADHD and I saw the similarities. After presenting all of the medical documentation to the school. It took the school board 3 months to get Reagan eligible for special education needs services and it was Shane drilling them each every week. The school board is slow and they drag their so act quickly if you feel your child has any type of disability or needs any type of special needs assistance. I HIGHLY recommend Shane take your case.
