Our family had multiple issues with our son's IEP when when he mainstreamed to Kindergarten. We were seeking FAPE with appropriate services and service providers. Shane Sears allowed our deaf child that utilizes cochlear implants and LSL as communication mode to start Kindergarten without issue on da...y one of school. All equipment (RMHAT) all set up and ready to go with all staff trained prior to his arrival. Appropriate services are now provided as well at school. I can't thank him enough for helping us mitigate the issues we were dealt earlier this year. He is extremely well versed in special education law and blessing to this family. Thank you.

Mr. Sears is the best out there and I recommend him to any parent that is having issues with the school system. He was very supportive and educated, I felt very pleased with him and always had answers for me and that to me is very important. I really liked that when I didn’t agree to something he imm...ediately fixed the problem.

Shane has a special needs child of his own, and fully understood the issues we were having with my son the education he is promised under the law. We had been recieving texts and calls multiple times per week to come pick our son up, and refusal to implement a behavioral intervention plan. We had iss...ues with the bus not running as well as a general lack of communication between our sons teachers and us. Shane helped sort everything out in a civil way. Communication improved, texts stopped, and the transportation issue was solved. I'd recommend him to any frustrated parent that feels at thier wits end.

We are very pleased with the services Mr. Shane Sears provided to our family. He helped us receive services for our autistic daughter that we didn't know we're available to us. These things aren't made available to most parents with special needs children. Had we known we could hire someone with his ...expertise, we would have done it long ago.
