Excellent Professionalism and Caring!!!

After several years of being bullied by my local County Board of education on my daughter's behalf, Shane has finally given both my daughter and I peace of mind. I can say this with all honesty, Shane is most impressive with his very intent research and expedition of my daughter's case. I literally... called him around 4pm one afternoon after him being recommended to me by a family member and by 5pm he had paperwork filed already. I finally felt like someone cared about my daughter and her education after years of neglect on behalf of the county board! I highly recommend him to anyone!

Heaven sent!

Our son has several medical issues and behavioral issues. His school was not providing the things he needed or what his IEP called for. They made us feel as if his learning disabilities were our fault. At our ropes end, we contacted Shane. He explained everything in depth and took a huge weight off o...ur shoulders just through the first phone conference. Thanks to him and his knowledge of our son's needs, our sons school is now forced to provide him with the things he needs to excel in his education.

honest, dependable, reliable and excellent in his field

i'd recommend shane to anyone having to go through educational or family law type issues. With his work, we were able to find mental illness resources and special ed services for our kid. He is very kind and compassionate individual

Thankful, Thankful & more Thankful

Mr. Shane Sears did an awesome job handling my case. My only regret is not contacting him sooner. My son, Jayden will finally receive a fair education due to the hard work and dedication Mr. Sears put towards it.
