Communication skills are good, very personable and easy to discuss all the answers for all the different questions you will undoubtedly have. I had about ten thousand, and he patiently took them all; if he did not have an answer immediately, he made sure to get back to me with one. The law can be pretty daunting at times, and there's so many ways to make an error that could end up causing (and costing$$) a problem later on down the line. It's good to have someone on your side who not only wants to do their job, but also genuinely cares about the well being of the client. It's difficult to put a price on that.
