Biography
I am a partner at Cloud, Willis & Ellis, LLC. I get involved in matters, disputes, and lawsuits whenever money is owed and not paid when due. A significant portion of my practice has involved complex matters (on both the transactional and litigation sides), landlord/tenant enforcement actions, real estate litigation and bankruptcies. I represent creditors and debtors, mostly on commercial matters that can be either routine or complex. I have a background in representing Chapter 7 Trustees, debtors and creditors which is very useful in analyzing the financial condition of my clients and that of the opposition.
My clients find that I am very responsive to them and aggressive on their behalf, and that I get the job done as efficiently as possible. I often can anticipate the other side's next step before it happens.
When not at work or spending time with my wonderful family, you will find me coaching lacrosse. As a youth coach I try to make a postive differnce in a young person's life.
