Practice devoted to civil rights cases including 1983 cases;social security disability, personal injury and criminal defense. 

Martin's has a unique approach to the practice of law which incorporates his love of the community,  accountability and most importantly helping his clients.  Martin takes an active interest in his ciients cases and as people. Martin believes in a holistic approach to practicing law. Martin's family owned the Cotton's Department Store in Ensley for over 90 years and was very involved in the community. Martin has continued that legacy. Martin is involved in a number of community activities and also has been a legal analyst on a number of TV and Radio Shows over the years.
