Rest assured that everyone in our office is trained and reminded that we treat our clients the way we want to be treated and like family - we will definitely be addressing this with our team so this does not happen again. Sometimes the legal system can be slow and many times that is out of our control. As you mentioned, once things began to move on your case we were all over it and it sounds like we got you a great result which is always our main goal for each and every client. We can always do better keeping in touch with clients and updating them and our entire team will be in a meeting with me so that we address each and every point that you raise in your review. It might have seemed like we were too busy but that is certainly not the case - we make time for each and every client to discuss issues once cases begin to move and we are available by phone (you can call in or use the client link to schedule a call with us), text message, livechat, email, etc. Each and every single case and client that we handle is significant to us and we are so sorry that it seemed to you like yours was insignificant - that is not acceptable on our end and we will work hard to correct the issue and get better each and every day. Thank you for the comments about our lawyers - this is not just a job for us - it is a calling - a mission imprinted on our hearts and souls to relieve human suffering and we strive to do that every single day with every single breath we take. Not happy with Mr. Kreps representation
I hired Mr. Kreps and paid him a lot of money to represent me on a case. He spent very little time with me and rushed me through the process. I ended up pleading guilty and was unsure of what was going on. I would recommend looking for at other lawyers.

Replied last February 23, 2020Thank you so much for your comments about my law firm - we certainly appreciate your comments and your feedback. We always love and enjoy any type of feedback. We ❤️public criticism of our firm because it allows others to see how we handle our business and how we respond and most of all, it causes us to step back and fully analyze a problem or situation to see what happened, where we can improve and it gives us a valuable opportunity to reach out to a client who is clearly hurting and offer support in whatever way we can. In the review, it is stated, “I hired Mr. Kreps and paid him a lot of money to represent me on a case.” We have no idea whether this is true or not because we do not know who this person is. Clearly, a review of the other 525+ 5 Star actual client reviews we have are not in line with this statement. It is also stated that “He spent very little time with me and rushed me through the process.” Again, certainly not in line with what our clients have to say and clients that actually hire me know that I will talk to them and spend as much time with them as they need - all they have to do is reach out and ask. Lastly, the review states, “I ended up pleading guilty and was unsure of what was going on.” This comment doesn’t make logical sense posted here for a couple reasons - 1) It is an outlier - if this was the way we practice law then it would be VERY clear from other reviews. It is simply not true. 2) As indicated below, we don’t plead clients guilty - sometimes clients decide that they want to accept a plea to a lesser charge or choose not to continue to the next level or have a trial but that is the choice of our clients. 3) Of course, the jury is still out on whether this review was posted by an actual client of mine. As the reviewer would know if we actually represented him/her, when someone hires us they are able to text us (and our clients LOVE this option), email us, they get a link to schedule an appointment (at a time convenient for the client) to talk with my staff, they also get a link to schedule an appointment (at a time convenient for the client) with an attorney and also, get our direct dial so all they have to do is call us with a question or issue or to schedule a call with anyone that works for me or an attorney (myself included). If you were unsure of what was going on that is not on us - it is on you. We keep our clients updated and are always available to discuss anything that might come up. Almost all of the charges that we help clients with are dismissed - we do not plead clients guilty and do not encourage that. There are plenty of options available in a case and if a client chooses to accept an agreement that includes a guilty plea to a lesser charge or doesn’t want to appeal a case or have a trial then we cannot force them to do so. Our actual clients know this. I have been practicing law for 16+ years and have successfully resolved 17,000+ charges across all 67 counties in the state of Alabama. I am a man - through and through - if someone has a problem with me, all they have to do is explain what the issue is and if I have made a mistake, then I am glad to admit the mistake, apologize and fix it. That is the measure of a man. I practice law to relieve human suffering - period. No other reason. I love people - even the people that post untrue things about me on the internet. I invite anyone reading this or looking for a lawyer to Google my name (Joseph Kreps) and see all of the great work that we do throughout the State of Alabama for clients located all over the world.
