Goerge is not professional when it comes down to doing his job. He does not answer his phone calls nor text messages(Unless, its about money). My husband received ten years for a drug charge . Ive seen other cases with the same charges and priors and received 3 years or less. You need a lawyer who i...s willing to defend his client and is aggressive! Of course someone who knows what they are doing and not just giving you excuses after excuses. A year later, (2015-2016) ive been asking for my husband's discovery papers (Which he promise to give) to fight his case again . Until this day we are still waiting...

After realizing the effect of the reliance on the "smartphone" to conduct business today, it became apparent that the technology and not the individual was the source of all discontent that I had been experiencing. Once the "Smartphone" obstacle was corrected, with the assistance of George, my case... moved swiftly to a desired end I had been seeking. George effectively addressed the courts position and was instrumental in convincing the court that it's position was both morally, ethically and legally wrong. The judge agreed and granted our motion to reverse it's prior decision. Given that the state attorney was "uncooperative" even on issues that clearly were not proper, had caused unnecessary delays and then attempted to argue in vain against our motion. But thanks to the issues George was able to uncover and highlight for the court all the state attorneys efforts were met with indisputable legal arguments, to which the Judge readily agreed. After much consideration, I would certainly and enthusiastically recommend George if you want knowledgeable and reliable legal representation.

Mr. Gaskell did a great job for me. I was facing a very serious charge and thought my life was basically over, but Mr. Gaskell managed to find the holes in the case against me and take steps that not one but TWO previous lawyers had failed to do. He is obviously incredibly intelligent and knowledgea...ble about the law, but that's not the reason I hired him -- a friend told me that he's tough as nails and that's what I needed and what I got. He spoke to me very directly and professionally, and told me what I needed to hear, which kept me grounded in reality. I really appreciated his refreshing honesty about what I was up against.
