After realizing the effect of the reliance on the "smartphone" to conduct business today, it became apparent that the technology and not the individual was the source of all discontent that I had been experiencing. Once the "Smartphone" obstacle was corrected, with the assistance of George, my case... moved swiftly to a desired end I had been seeking.
