Save yourself from the nightmare! I had a simple probate case where our brother(reported by father to DCF/police) was caught embezzling w/an acct & told by police stop or jail. Suddenly acct involved in theft appears on an annual accounting & the estate’s atty/brother’s Atty refused to show a estate ...rent check going into the estate, insisting I get an Atty.. The first week 12/7/216-12/15 services they bill me $13,091! For getting familiar w/case & getting a continuance. Get familiar as in my telling them Statues have tolled on all but this one thing acct 8802 please stay out of rabbit holes our sociopath of a brother created but these clowns went down every hole but acct 8802 sure enough they quit case after $71,000 plus accounting fees & have me box of random documents. I get home look through box & find atm deposits into acct 8802! I call to tell them they do nothing & have no idea till this day when they received document, office manager said 10/2018 just before they quit case.. the atm proves brother, the PR was commingling assets which if found early would have allowed police to go back more years. Atty wasted my inheritance more importantly wasted our missing father’s estate with their ignorance of law. Travis Walker seemed nice when I hired him and directed him repeatedly to stay on course not waste assets or resources on anything but these 3 things(1) ask what inheritance we are getting at closing because our brother/bully/bankrupt till he robbed our father RN, keeps calling us threatening less inheritance, even called my job trying to get me fired, now employer knows my RN brother is a nutcase. Told them I want to close estate asap but brother threatening that I get nothing for questioning estate rental income being deposited into the estate.(2)I would like to see estate rental income being deposited into the estate because we believe out brother is keeping it(3)only if doesn’t cost a lot check on house our brother purchased with father’s assets when father reported him for theft(dad went missing 2010) but if it cost a lot to show then don’t bother. I had three things written on paper and the documents I needed nothing was needed but they pulled the entire estate & starting being up trust assets that are long gone brother dismantled trust without telling us years ago. Travis even hired on more Atty’s I flipped I said no stat course then I thought ok he must be doing this on his dime because that’s not what I hired him for & if he gets extra money back he can have but I told him statues have tolled and retired probate attorneys and a judge told me the 3 things I stay focused on, they also told me to get Atty to depose our brother but the firm said no it will cost a lot & he will just lie. Instead walker firm said they would create a motion insisting I send them everything wrong in accounting everything just send it they said when they should have stayed with what I hired them for, I even told Travis DAY1 I may mention other things here & there when we speak but do not pursue them they are just to let you know how crazy brother operates. Discovering Commingling a little earlier 2016 would have allowed us to hold brother accountable for more stolen assets which estates Atty had denied to us and the court but that was a lie brokered was commingling for 11years! And when Atty Travis Walker firm receives they don’t even see it. They took 11mos to create a motion that was dismissed in court because there was no professional witness, they are CPA’s and attorneys supposedly & should have known they cannot be their own witness. All the while I pleaded Travis not let case sit for months at a time while billing me but they were creating a motion. $5k this week $5k next week. I was apparently paying them to practice law not know law. Since they bailed on case after I paid them $34,000 plus and paid for CPA they basically lost the case when there was finally evidence that would have won the case. Because of Travis statues tolled

Travis helped me with the foreclosure on my house. During the time my husband became ill and after he passed, he was able to work the modification so I could remain in my home. He is truly a magnificent, caring individual. I've watched his career build and his service abounds in many organizations: T...he Boys and Girls Club of St. Lucie County, United Way of St. Lucie, Treasure Coast Food Bank, Economic Growth Team, Planning and Zoning Board of St. Lucie, Chamber of Commerce, Martin County Advisory Board, Hibiscus Children's Center, St. Lucie County Business Alliance of Prosperity, Rotary Club of Port St. Lucie, etc.; worked as judge for the 19th Judicial Circuit Teen Court, the P.S.L. Police Dept.Youth Court and the St. Lucie County Young Floridian Scholarship, and more like problems with Chinese Drywall. He cares about his community, family, church; actually went to Haiti twice to help during the 2010 earthquake. What really caught everyone's attention including the Palm Beach Post--when he ran for City Council in PSL at the age of 21. He's a mover and shaker. I'm proud to know him and watch him evolve as husband, father, and all around good samaritan.
