This man calls himself a lawyer and he is far from. All he did was take money for me. I would suggest anyone thinking of hiring him to look somewhere else. He tells you he's going to do this and that he doesn't do anything for you. He is a greedy man. I hired him for divorce. I slept in a locked room... with bars on the door. So my wife wouldn't attack me at night and she gets a restraining order against me. She took everything out of the house. He did nothing. My experience with Tom Colter was horrible. At first he spoke about all the things he was going to do to help my case. He did nothing, didnt hear from him for weeks, never calls back and is very short with me on the phone, (thats if you actually get him on the phone). Right before my hearing, all he ...did was tell me how screwed up i am and was always trying to bring me down. He is the cockiest person I have ever met in my life. He didnt even stay for the whole hearing, he had some guy fill in for him half way through that I had never even met. I paid him thousands of dollars, then after months of him not calling to let me know whats going on with my case, he tells me to plead guilty, that I will lose in trial. Please look around before you retain this guy, if you have to use this law firm at least use Jorge, he is a nice man!
