I can't recommend Tracy Record enough. I really felt as though she was in my corner, and ready to take on the world, in a ridiculous case against me. Even though it was a misdemeanor infraction, it wasn't handled with any less importance. To me it was my world for a couple months, and Tracy was wi...th me at every step, informing me along the way, and even calming me down, helping me relax and letting me know she was on top of it. She promptly responded to every question, either via text or a phone call, and when she finally got the case against me dropped, she was just as happy and enthusiastic as I was. Hopefully I never need to use her services again, but if I did, I will contact her immediately. As a person handling a 1st degree felony Case I wanted to make sure that I not only found the best defense attorney possible but also a human being with a heart that could understand my situation. I was once a client that heard nothing but good things from others. I retained her as a private attorney for a criminal defense matter. After 18 months, still nothing had been done on my case. Not only that, her failure to notify me of a court appearance resulted in a warrant being issued for my arre...st. She also failed to show up for one of my court dates. In the several months that I was incarcerated, she contacted me only twice. The first time she was slurring her words, making me feel she had been drinking. I contacted my family and they spoke with friends who told them she was a good lawyer. They also offered her more money for my case. There was still no response from Tracy. Tracy was hired because my fiance was in jail for a warrent that had been issued on him due to driving with a suspended license, he was also in the proccess of being extradited to somewhere else. He had arrived there on the 9th or 10th and wasnt supposed to have court until the 29th of feb. tracy man...aged to get him in court by the 13th. She got him off with time served from time in another county on a different count. She didnt stop at that she also made it so we didnt have to pay the normal full monhtly amount in court costs and got it delayed until a later date than usual to start paying. So normally after court the lawyer steps down like they have done their job right? She didnt, he still had to be transferred to another county and she kept on them and the other county which we didnt pay her to do until they transferred him out. After he was transferred out she called me to make sure everything was ok in the other county just to check out of the kindness of her heart. Long story short she is the only attorney I have ever dealt with that went way beyond her job to get things done and taken care of. Thanks to her he will be home by the end of this week. She will be highly recommended to anyone by me.
