Poor communication, does not do things in a time sensitive manner have to keep after her to make sure things are done. The main point of court is to show evidence. I had plenty of evidence in my case, she advised that I testify instead of show evidence for my case. Of course I lost my case because I ...could not display proper evidence. I got confused on a few things because we did not prepare for the case until the last minute. I gave her chance after chance and end the end I paid for that mistake. She advised me that I should do an appeal instead of telling me that I could do a exception for the judge to review my case again. I did my own research. Thank You Attoney Davis for not helping! Attorney Davis was hired to represent us and she was paid in full. When she did not have to represent us with one of our issues, she did not reimburse us our money as she stated to us that we would have to pay additional money if the issue was not settled in mediation (in which it was not) and if rep...resentation would be needed in court. We complied and paid Attorney Davis and the case never went to court. Attorney Davis agreed to pay us back $1,000.00 of our money (she signed & dated the agreement), she only paid us back $500.00 and after many attempts at trying to get our money back, we informed her that we would be contacting the bar and she stated that we could go ahead and contact the bar (her response was sent via text). After months of waiting and hoping that Attorney Davis would reimburse us the remaining balance of our money, we have finally given up and sent in the complaint along with supporting documentation to the Bar Association as well as reaching out to Avvo, as we do not want this unfortunate situation to happen to any of her current or potential future clients.
