My wife and l are still at a loss for words as we try to process this incredible moment. I highly recommend retaining Mr. Paul Kelley for disability pension and workers compensation claim services related to first responders. I was initially denied indemnity as part of my worker’s compensation claim and through his persistence and excellent knowledge of the statutes and legal sys...tem pertaining to PTSD and EMS workers he was able to get that decision reversed and my claim settled through mediation saving me the stress of having to go through litigation.
