Compassionate lawyer

Ms. Lindsey Marriott Attorney with Older, Lundy Koch & Martino in Clearwater represented me recently in a very difficult divorce case . During this process and going through it alone, Ms. Marriott stood by my side with constant compassion and understanding, guiding every step of the way to be cle...arheaded and to understand my situation before giving my final thought as to not make a mistake that I would regret going forward. Although it was in my best interest to give up a lot I have my FREEDOM that means the world to me and Ms. Marriott was the attorney that gave me my life back. ;) Thank you again Kim ;)

A very happy client

I used Lindsey French and she was FANTASTIC, everything was fast and easy.. My xhusband wanted to drag me through the mud.. Lindsey DID NOT ALLOW IT! She answered every question I had,, always emailed me back.. I walked away with my house and I didn't even have to buy him out! If you need an aggres...sive attorney Lindsey French is the way to go. She got me my life back..

Amazing Attorney

I have been through a divorce and a custody battle for 4 years! I originally hired 2 other attorneys that wanted to make money and never solve the problems, Ms. Marriott took over the case and had a plan right from the start. She is always prepared for court and her staff is excellent. Every time... I called the office she always spoke with me to resolve issues unlike other attorneys. I am so thankful for everything she has done for me.

Divorce

Unfortunately Divorce brought me into Lindsey's Office. From the beginning she was very honest and up front with me and the process of Divorce itself. She answered every question that I had either via email or by phone. When my trial date finally arrived Lindsey was the most prepared Lawyer in the... room! And I truly belive that because of that preparation and her commitment to her client that I/We came away with an Extremely favorable judgement. I would recommend Lindsey and the entire Kathy C. George staff. Ladies you were OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you again Mark

Divorce

I could not have hired a better person to represent me in my divorce. From the time I walked into her office she listened to everything I had to say and was very helpful and respectful. I was having a very hard time through the whole process but she was always there for me professionally and personal...ly. I would highly recommend her with complete confidence in her ability to do what is right for her client. Thank you very much Lindsey for being there for me not only as my attorney but also as a friend when I needed it.
