I am extremely lucky to have found Lindsey. I used Lindsey to modify a custody agreement that was no longer working for my sons best interests. Modification of a parenting plan is very difficult but Lindsey attitude and conduct are very comforting and reassuring. When I first retained Lindsey I was hoping to get 50/50 custody of my son due to my concerns over his mother's ability to care for him. However, with Lindsey's assistance we got emergency custody, and then final judgment for full custody. This process has been going on for a year and she has always kept me apprised of the status of the case and always replied to my emails and calls very quickly. I have found throughout this divorce process, the most important decision I made was my first, and I made the correct one. Lindsey Marriott does not just practice law, she is a student of the law. She has contacted me many times stating she found case law supporting a particular argument or motion.
