Gregg R. Brennan

My brother got Mr. Gregg to defend him against some serious felony charges. The state was gonna try to put him away for life times two, but Mr. Gregg got one case dismissed and the other he got my brother a three year prison sentence. No small amount of time, but better than life. My brother is in... prison but is getting out soon and that's thanks to Mr. Gregg. Hope I don't need a lawyer but if I do I know who I will call.

My father and I hired Gregg after we were charged with a hunting violation by an FWC officer. Gregg answered all of our questions we had about the charges and kept us informed through all the court proceedings. He pushed that state until they dropped the charges they had against us. I found Mr. Brennan for a neighbor that faced a ridiculous battery charge. Mr Brennan kept my neighbor informed at all times. I was present at the meetings because my neighbor wanted an extra set of "ears" regarding everything that was happening. I found Mr. Brennan to be courteous, professional, ...and likeable. I have to commend the prosecutor, also. I felt he was fair. At the sounding docket Mr Brennan wa able to get my neighbor into an early intervention type progrram despite objections by the "victim". The case was frivolous IMHO, and Mr Brennan was able to convince the prosecutor that to go forward was a waste of the state's time and money.
