Biography
I am an appellate attorney licensed in Florida, New York, and District of Columbia. I was formerly a trial attorney and I remain the only attorney in my region, who in recent history has won a homocide trial by jury verdict. I have obtained many successful appellate opinions for clients. I have most recently reversed a sentence on a first-degree murder cases.
