Save your money and stress for someone who will help you in a timely manner, this attorney seems to always be sick or out of the office. Your case will drag on for years, and will ghost you in your most desperate time of needing something done. But best believe anytime your payment is due, her staff ...will be hounding you to collect. The first time I used her, she seemed very good in the court room, just took forever to get anything done. The second time, I was so tired of trying to contact her about my case after 8 months I stopped paying her and hired someone new. I even had to contact the Florida bar 3 times on a couple different occasions to get a response from her. After I fired her, my ex decided to contact mrs dean regarding issues about our previous case. And during that conversation she gave her illegal information as well as an attorney who had experience in that aspect of our previous case who she is currently using. She’s lucky my ex told me in person instead of thru text, cause she would have lost her license if I could have proven it to the Florida Bar.

She's unprofessional. Doesn't return phone calls or even acknowledge emails let alone reply to them. Instead I got lies about emails not going thru, etc. She allowed my ex- to get away w/ violating agreement, and agreed to his terms without consulting ME! Too unconcerned to fight for anything but he...r fees. She got well paid but didn't earn what she charged. And she held up distribution of my settlement funds for months due to her lack of understanding of basic accounting. Her behavior as my legal representative is a disgraceful. Steer clear. I want to leave zero stars.

I dont know a whole lot about the law or attorneys. Im a pretty simply guy. When I was served with divorce papers, I came in to meet this lady. After listening to me for one hour, this attorney actually CRIED with me hearing my story. She knew I was hurting and didnt have a lot of the money. She red...uced her fee not once, but twice. It made me realize she's not trying to go out a rob people for their money. She genuinely cared. I listened as this attorney spoke on my case and the issues at hand. Though it was not always easy, she spoke about the facts of the law and was clearly knew what she was talking about when dealing with divorce law....and she has an amazing ability to explain hard legal terms in a way that a child can comprehend. When I wanted to do things from the heat of my emotion, she reminded me how it would look in a judge's eyes and didn't tell me what I simply wanted to hear, knowing it would cause more harm than good! If you truly want to be represented by a dedicated attorney who shows she gives a damn and has good sense, go with Roxanne!
