She's unprofessional. Doesn't return phone calls or even acknowledge emails let alone reply to them. Instead I got lies about emails not going thru, etc. She allowed my ex- to get away w/ violating agreement, and agreed to his terms without consulting ME! Too unconcerned to fight for anything but he...r fees. She got well paid but didn't earn what she charged. And she held up distribution of my settlement funds for months due to her lack of understanding of basic accounting. Her behavior as my legal representative is a disgraceful. Steer clear. I want to leave zero stars.

This lawyer is uneducated and sloppy. A lawyer's looks can be an indication of professionalism. Beware some of these reviews are not real. However this case is. She talked a good talk and then began making deals with the other lawyer that her client wasn't in agreement with. She said she had to ...do this when both parties refuse to work together. My sister was not willing to budge and leave her nursed daughter alone in the care of a substance abuser known to pass out in his lawn. When my sister fired Roxanne, she refused to return my sister's money. She also threatened my sister that if she thought she was getting screwed just wait, they have rules of their own in Citrus County and if my sister hires an out of county attorney the Judge (Carol Falvey) will school that attorney on Citrus County way.
