I'm a delighted client.

My wife and I are delighted to work with Chris Smith and his team (Jane and Catherine)! I am the son of a (retired) estate planning attorney, so I appreciate the importance of having Trusts, Living Wills, Last Wills and Testaments, and Powers of Attorney in place. We have had significant changes to o...ur personal and financial lives (and relocated from California to Florida), so it was really important to update all of these documents. Chris Smith is both very competent and very easy to work with. His documents are well written and easy for a non-lawyer to understand. He was very thorough and patient as he addressed all of my questions. I am also happy that I did not have to wait weeks to get onto his calendar, which is sometimes a problem with professionals. This has overall been a great experience. Thank you!

Revocable Trust

Chris and his team, particularly Jane were pleasant to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to address all of our questions and concerns when creating our Revocable Trust Documents. The process was efficient and effective with the entire process from start to finish and receiving a h...ard copy of the signed documents in less than two weeks. Would highly recommend Chris and his team!

Amazing Attorney!

Chris is an amazing attorney, the best around. Chris helped me with a personal injury case and he also created a trust for me. He is extremely knowledgable and able impart that knowledge in an understandable way. Chris is so down to earth and friendly, he truly cares about his clients and answers ...all questions thoroughly. He is also very responsive. Chris's staff members are amazing - professional, friendly, knowledgable and responsive. I highly recommend Smith Law and have referred several people to him. All had the same experience and were very pleased.

Excellent Law Firm
