Damian is truly a lawyer who cares

Damian is a great lawyer who actually cares for his clients. He has 20 years experience working with insurance companies, so he knows how to talk to them in order to get your needs.

Impeccable expertise

I have known Mr. Mallard for over 18 years and had the pleasure of working with him on a case for a family member. He has an impeccable knowledge of the law, amazing commitment to his clients and is truly dedicated to helping those in difficult situations. Most importantly, he is experienced and s...uccessful at bringing a case to trial and getting the results needed. There’s no one else I would recommend as highly as Damian Mallard.

Great Job

Mr.Mallard is a knowledge and intelligent lawyer, and came through on what he guaranteed. Overall good experience with Damian Mallard, I would definitely recommend him and his team of professionals.

Gets The Job Done!

An accident attorney is someone you never really WANT to hire, but I now have Damian's office on speed dial because when an accident happens I've found it's vital to have someone who knows the law thoroughly to make sure the greedy, unscrupulous insurance companies don't bully you around. This is th...e 2nd time I've been in an accident. I sought out Damian the first time, but the second time he was the first person I called. Don't wait til you've had an accident....put this man's office in your contact list now because if you get into an accident he and his team will treat you with professionalism and also ensure that you are compensated for all injuries and/or pain you endure.

My first call after an accident...

I highly recommend Mr. Mallard and his staff if you have a case that needs to be handled. I literally put my health and piece of mind in his hands and he handled this responsibility with the upmost respect. He and his staff went above and beyond to get me anything I needed and walked me through the e...ntire litigation and healing process with care and an iron fist on my behalf when necessary. He has a heart for his clients and is the protector you need when going up against the tough and unscrupulous insurance companies. Don't hesitate to call his office when you need someone on your team.
