Awesome Professional!

I want everyone to know Charla is AWESOME. Charla Burchett is a board -certified wills trust estates attorney that helped me and my wife with our will . estate planning and end of life arrangements. She is well versed, of course, but her ability to keep the conversations we needed to have understan...dable was outstanding as we went through the documents, turning "Legalese" into English. Like all legal matters, wording and thoroughness matters and there are serious ramifications if you do not do this right... where your estate goes, end-of -life issues, trust funds, etc. are complicated and very specific, and should only be trusted to the best -- like Charla - and for God's-sake never do this on your own even if you bought a form or use an on-line site that says they can handle it! (She has shared some awful stories with me about how poorly those DIY things can work out) Charla is pretty accessible as well, and has kept us in the loop over the years about new laws and need for changes as it pertains to us. Also- I don't need this yet - she reminds me that when my kids turn 18, I will need additional documents so that we can step in in the event of serious accidents or tragedy to make decisions that are best for them. If you are reading this....You should do that too! Thanks Charla B.

Estate Attorney

Charla has been our Estate Attorney for 16 years. She reviews our documents when necessary and has prepared additional documents for family members. Her communication skills are excellent and allow her to explain complex issues in a simple manner. I never hesitate to refer Charla.

Charla Burchett is amazing!

Charla Burchett should be the first call you make for your Estate Planning needs. She is emphatic, understands all aspects of the law, and is able to clearly explain it to her clients. I cannot imagine working with anyone else for our estate planning needs.

Exceptional Lawyer

My wife and I hired Charla to do our will and trust. She made us feel so comfortable from the very first moment we walked into her office. We asked many questions and not once did she make us feel uneasy or as if we were burdening her. She took as much time with us as we needed and answered every ...question very professionally yet in laymans terms so we could understand the process. Ours was quite unusual due to various family issues and she never judged us or tried to make us do something that we weren't comfortable doing. Charla and her staff are top notch which in this day and age is a rare trait. We cannot recommend her enough. If you have any doubts about who the right lawyer is for you and your loved ones, look no further.

Charla made, what I thought to be a complicated issue, easy to understand and implement.

My husband and my wills were drawn up when we first moved to Florida in 1994. As most people do, we put off updating our Wills. I was at a meeting and heard Charla Burchett speak about the changes in the laws in the State of Florida and privacy issues that really concerned me. I called the attorne...y who had drawn up our wills when we came to Florida and he said that it would not have any effect on us and not to be concerned. My husband and I discussed what changes had happened in our lives since 1994, one being a grandson, and we decided to take Charla up on her consultation offer. She put us at ease and I have recommended Charla to friends, family and clients. Thank you Charla for all your advice.
