C. Jade Davis

As a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, Jade focuses her practice on the areas of commercial and business litigation. She represents individuals, small businesses and large corporations. Tenacious and strategic, she counsels her clients through numerous phases of litigation and works steadfast to represent her clients’ interests thoroughly. Jade prides herself on providing top notch customer service and care to all of her clients.

Before to joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, Jade began her career in business litigation and business bankruptcy. She later represented health care corporate clients as in-house counsel on a myriad of business related matters such as mergers, acquisitions, formations, employment and partnership agreements, employee non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, national and statewide regulatory compliance, and more. Her background in litigation allowed her to offer her clients a proactive perspective to avoid litigation and non-compliance issues. Prior to attending law school, Jade was a commercial and luxury home real estate sales professional.
