I practiced all types of litigation in West Virginia for over 20 years and then moved to Florida. Instead of diving back into the adversarial world of litigation, I wanted to serve individuals in a way that was personal and positive. That's why I decided to practice Estate Planning and Probate in Florida. I began my practice shortly after being admitted to the Florida Bar in June of 2014. I began writing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and Trusts and probating small to medium estates. I also began advising small business owners in the day-to-day legal matters which come up from time to time. I love my little Englewood practice.

Review Attorney Moore
Attorney Moore was a great help to us in preparing Will and end of life documents. She took the time to explain the documents to us. She and her office are always professional. She responds to our requests immediately. Well worth the price paid. I highly recommend.

Great lawyer and staff
After talking about making our wills and health care directives for years I finally called Anne E. Moore's office. Our initial visit was helpful and the cost was very reasonable. The entire process was completed in a few weeks and Anne and her office staff were very helpful through the whole process....

"I have had the opportunity to work with Anne on contested probate matters, and I am happy to endorse her. I am impressed by her empathy for her clients and her advocacy on their behalf. Anne brings a unique perspective based on her years of experience as trial lawyer in West Virginia, and she is a welcome addition to the Bar of Southwest Florida."

Plaintiff's cause of action which is new is, never the less, valid; and public policy dictates that West Virginia comparative negligence will apply as Maryland's law is repugnant to that public policy.
