I practiced all types of litigation in West Virginia for over 20 years and then moved to Florida. Instead of diving back into the adversarial world of litigation, I wanted to serve individuals in a way that was personal and positive. That's why I decided to practice Estate Planning and Probate in Florida. I began my practice shortly after being admitted to the Florida Bar in June of 2014. I began writing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and Trusts and probating small to medium estates. I also began advising small business owners in the day-to-day legal matters which come up from time to time. I love my little Englewood practice.

Wonderful Estate attorney
Anne helped us prepare our trusts and all related documents. She was thorough and answered and explained all facets of the documents in language we could easily understand. She answered all questions. Extremely thorough and approachable. Highly recommend.

Unprepared!
My wife passed away unexpectedly in early April, and of course we weren't prepared. It something we always put on the back burner. I didn't know who to turn to-but thankfully I found Anne Moore. My first session was amazing. She knew what to ask and by the time I left there she had my will planned ou...

Wise counsel
Anne first consulted on some incorporation papers and filings with the State of Florida for a nonprofit with which we are Assocites. We hired her to help us through two major real estate transactions and advise us on a zoning redistricting application. Throughout all our dealings, Anne has been acce...
"I have had the opportunity to work with Anne on contested probate matters, and I am happy to endorse her. I am impressed by her empathy for her clients and her advocacy on their behalf. Anne brings a unique perspective based on her years of experience as trial lawyer in West Virginia, and she is a welcome addition to the Bar of Southwest Florida."

Plaintiff's cause of action which is new is, never the less, valid; and public policy dictates that West Virginia comparative negligence will apply as Maryland's law is repugnant to that public policy.
