I practiced all types of litigation in West Virginia for over 20 years and then moved to Florida. Instead of diving back into the adversarial world of litigation, I wanted to serve individuals in a way that was personal and positive. That's why I decided to practice Estate Planning and Probate in Florida. I began my practice shortly after being admitted to the Florida Bar in June of 2014. I began writing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and Trusts and probating small to medium estates. I also began advising small business owners in the day-to-day legal matters which come up from time to time. I love my little Englewood practice.

Great experience
We needed a lawyer to explain our options. And Anne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her fee was reasonable and we have already recommended her to family members.

Estate Account
My husband recently passed away and I received one check to the estate of... for just under $500. And expect another for approximately $2000. I called a number of attorneys in Englewood, some whom spoke with me right away, others called me back. Most of the attorneys wanted $2500 and one was willing ...
"I have had the opportunity to work with Anne on contested probate matters, and I am happy to endorse her. I am impressed by her empathy for her clients and her advocacy on their behalf. Anne brings a unique perspective based on her years of experience as trial lawyer in West Virginia, and she is a welcome addition to the Bar of Southwest Florida."

Plaintiff's cause of action which is new is, never the less, valid; and public policy dictates that West Virginia comparative negligence will apply as Maryland's law is repugnant to that public policy.
