I practiced all types of litigation in West Virginia for over 20 years and then moved to Florida. Instead of diving back into the adversarial world of litigation, I wanted to serve individuals in a way that was personal and positive. That's why I decided to practice Estate Planning and Probate in Florida. I began my practice shortly after being admitted to the Florida Bar in June of 2014. I began writing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and Trusts and probating small to medium estates. I also began advising small business owners in the day-to-day legal matters which come up from time to time. I love my little Englewood practice.

Anne Moore, Attorney
Anne prepared my revocable trust including all of the documentation to go with it. She is very thorough, knows her "stuff" and took time to explain everything to me. Anne also prepared documentation to amend my father's existing revocable trust. Both of us were very happy with her knowledge and the...

Excellent estate planning lawyer
After meeting with Anne Moore we knew right away she was the one to do our estate planning. She listened to us and gave her recommendations. She prepared our documents in a timely manor. I would definitely recommend her for estate planning.
Thanks!

With all the details involved in our trust and all the subsequent questions, never once did we feel that Anne wasn't there for us 100%. On top of that was her vast knowledge and the competency of her staff. And on top of all that was her personality which made us feel comfortable in her hands. Tha...

Handled Estate and sell of home
Anne did a Great job in getting my mothers estate settled and taking care of the sell of her home. Anne took care of everything and it was a pleasure to work with her. I would Highly Recommend Her.
"I have had the opportunity to work with Anne on contested probate matters, and I am happy to endorse her. I am impressed by her empathy for her clients and her advocacy on their behalf. Anne brings a unique perspective based on her years of experience as trial lawyer in West Virginia, and she is a welcome addition to the Bar of Southwest Florida."

Plaintiff's cause of action which is new is, never the less, valid; and public policy dictates that West Virginia comparative negligence will apply as Maryland's law is repugnant to that public policy.
