As a favor for a friend, I rented a room to a woman who needed a place to stay. Shortly after move in she tried to say I physically assaulted her. Things got worse from that point on. She did not pay rent so I started the eviction process. It was not going well so I reached out to Mr. Russo. The same... evening I sent the email, he responded. Since that evening, he has walked me through the process. He even went above and beyond by physically going to the courthouse to drop off a paper I hadn't done. That is excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable and provided me a sense of, "light at the end of the tunnel". I sincerely appreciate his service and kindness during this very difficult time in my retirement life.
