Biography
My parents are from Modugno, Italy. They moved to Canada in the 1950's. I was born in Toronto, Canada. I have two brothers. When we were young my family moved to the Bahamas then Florida, Costa Rica and Venezuela. We mainly lived in Miami. I attended Chaminade High School in Hollywood, Barry University in Miami Shores and St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Lakes. I married my wife in 1996 and we have two children. I was admitted to practice in Florida in 1998 and was hired by the Public Defender's Office in 1999. During my 4 years as a Public Defender I was assigned to work in Juvenile the Misdemeanor and for my last two years I worked solely on felony cases. I left the Public Defender's Office in 2003 and have been a sole practitioner since 2004.
